I wanted to get fit and decided the only way for me to do this , was to be "bullied" into it - a personal trainer seemed the ideal option. I came upon 4D fitness on the internet and liked what the website had to say. I was contacted by one of their trainers who met with me and talked in detail about the approach, my health and what I wanted to achieve. I could only afford to train once a week, but that was not an issue and so I have been doing this for nearly 20 months now, but recently had to put it on hold as I had reached my 39th week of pregnancy. The trainer has offered great moral suport and encouragement thoughout our training and has recognised when I have been tired or have had a tough day etc. She has also taken a great interest in my pregnancy and tailored the routine to suit my changing abilities and size. I would highly recommend 4D fitness and hope to re-start once I am back at work in a few months time.
